Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Engineering
- OKTA Administrator Certification (or willingness to earn within 6–12 months)
- Proficient in supporting Windows desktops and servers
- Comfortable supporting macOS systems in a corporate environment
- Working knowledge of GCP and Azure environments
- Experience supporting industrial systems and hybrid cloud/on-prem networks
Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise platforms such as Google Workspace, OKTA, and related SaaS systems
- Manage identity and access control processes across cloud and on-prem environments
- Monitor and respond to alerts and escalations in key systems (OKTA, Google Workspace)
- Provide Tier 2 support for Windows and macOS environments
- Support and maintain manufacturing-critical software such as AutoCAD, Windows-based CAD servers, and CNC tool integrations
- Work with vendors on upgrades, provisioning, and technical troubleshooting
- Document system processes, workflows, diagrams, and operational guides
- Assist with GCP and Azure-based application deployment and integration
- Ensure network and system readiness for machine-to-cloud communications in manufacturing environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CAD tools like AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Experience with CNC systems or machine network interfaces
- Understanding of MDM platforms and device security in hybrid IT environments
