Requirements
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows: 10 & 11
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites 2016/365
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft InTune or any major Mobile Device Management Platform
- Proficient knowledge of Jira or any major ITSM platform
- Proficient knowledge of Active Directory
- Proficient knowledge of Ring Central or any major UCaaS platform
- Exceptional organizational and documentation skills
- Outstanding customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Must work well under pressure
- Must have a strong work ethic, the desire to learn and not afraid to ask questions
- Always maintain confidentiality
- Ability to learn quickly, analyze situations and make decisions which support the ongoing success of MegaCorp
- Associates degree or higher in an IT related field, or equivalent experience
- Required 1+ years’ experience in an IT related field
Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems pertaining to the everyday functionality for a multi office company
- Analyzes programs or systems to determine the cause of issues
- Help maintain asset inventory
- Assist in creation of new users and image new computer systems
- Assist in Installing and configuring workstations based on company needs and requirements, knowledge to do so remotely
- Troubleshooting phone and computer systems active in all offices
- Document, track, and monitor all problems to ensure a timely resolution
- Works closely with end users to make them aware of updates and changes
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues following standard operating procedures
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to resolve and document unfamiliar issues
- Assist in all office A/V support needs (including but not limited to conference room setups, office sound system, office physical security systems, and office television entertainment systems)
- Assist in security incident and event management
- Travels to other locations roughly once a month or as needed for general IT support, asset inventory, infrastructure changes, and any other site visits as needed
- All other duties as assigned
