Requirements

  • Customer Service Orientation
  • Attention to detail but striving for execution
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Familiar with working and troubleshooting in an international remote environment
  • Okta SAML, SCIM (ideally Okta Workflows)
  • Kandji or similar MDM
  • Apple Mac best practices
  • Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary contact for all things IT
  • Continue the build-out of the IT function
  • Provide user-facing support
  • Work in the backend systems used (e.g., Okta)
