Requirements
- Customer Service Orientation
- Attention to detail but striving for execution
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiar with working and troubleshooting in an international remote environment
- Okta SAML, SCIM (ideally Okta Workflows)
- Kandji or similar MDM
- Apple Mac best practices
- Google Workspace
Responsibilities
- Be the primary contact for all things IT
- Continue the build-out of the IT function
- Provide user-facing support
- Work in the backend systems used (e.g., Okta)

- You want to provide phenomenal customer service but can also enforce rules and policies

- You like scheduling and managing tasks and projects on your own
