Requirements

  • 3+ years of Desktop Support experience in a business environment.
  • Strong experience with: Operating Systems: Windows, macOS; Enterprise Technologies: Active Directory, LAN/WAN support, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server; Security & Administration: Enterprise Antivirus, Whole Disk Encryption, System Management, Security Policies.
  • Experience supporting Google Applications, Okta, Slack, and Jamf.
  • Proficient in Audio/Video technology support.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information.
  • Experience in creating documentation and training end-users.
  • Ability to meet SLA-based service constraints and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop, telephone, system, and application support to both local and remote users.
  • Support IT infrastructure projects, such as server/network upgrades, office relocations, and expansions.
  • Maintain and support audio and visual technologies, including video conferencing and live event support.
  • Perform routine testing and problem diagnosis for: Digital Audio Systems, TVs, projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, scalers, and switches.
  • Collaborate with teams across security, networking, and infrastructure.
  • Monitor, log, resolve, and escalate IT issues in a team-based environment.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects efficiently.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to develop automation solutions.
  • Participate in 24×7 on-call support rotation.
  • Occasionally travel to other Shutterstock offices as needed.
