Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with IT software development projects
- 2+ years of experience assisting with writing DoD IT policies and strategies
- Experience conducting data analysis and presenting findings to clients
- Knowledge of DoD Action Officer processes
- Knowledge of modern software practices and tools, including DevSecOps
- Ability to provide strategic advice to clients
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Analyze IT requirements for business processes, through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration across teams
- Apply specific functional and general industry knowledge
- Develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
- Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of more junior employees
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data management and data analytics
- Knowledge of project management principles and best practices
- Ability to develop briefs for senior government officials to convey recommendations
