Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience working in IT Support
  • A strong understanding of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A technical, logical thought process and a keen eye for detail
  • Problem-solving skills, able to research solutions for unfamiliar problems
  • Time management, an ability to stick to strict deadlines & prioritize solving the most urgent issues first
  • Writing skills to create instructional documentation that can be shared with the team and other employees

Responsibilities

  • Providing on-site & remote technical support across the company
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests & documenting resolutions
  • Communicating with employees to gather information about IT issues and providing instruction for their resolution
  • Provisioning computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Inventory management of IT Equipment – Repairing/replacing and shipping equipment as necessary
  • Assisting on-site employees with setting up and conducting meetings that include remote participants
