Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience working in IT Support
- A strong understanding of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A technical, logical thought process and a keen eye for detail
- Problem-solving skills, able to research solutions for unfamiliar problems
- Time management, an ability to stick to strict deadlines & prioritize solving the most urgent issues first
- Writing skills to create instructional documentation that can be shared with the team and other employees
Responsibilities
- Providing on-site & remote technical support across the company
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests & documenting resolutions
- Communicating with employees to gather information about IT issues and providing instruction for their resolution
- Provisioning computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Inventory management of IT Equipment – Repairing/replacing and shipping equipment as necessary
- Assisting on-site employees with setting up and conducting meetings that include remote participants
