Requirements
- 1 years of experience in consulting, operations or project coordination
- Experience with Jira or similar task tracking and incident tracking tool
- Familiarity with IT Operations best practices to include logging, monitoring, and alerting
- Good communication ability – this role will require engaging with multiple stakeholders across the enterprise to implement IT Operations frameworks
Responsibilities
- Support the IT Operations efforts both with business process analysis, re-engineering and analysis
- Create and report dashboard and status updates to senior leadership teams
- Work closely within ServiceNow and work with the tool to adjust workflows, reports and tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Servicenow or a change management database (CMDB) platform
- System Administrator experience that involves making custom configurations
- Experience creating dashboards
