Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in IT, Digital, or Technology organizations, with a strong background in performance management and governance.
  • Demonstrated success in leading performance strategy in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience driving enterprise-wide measurement and governance programs that create tangible business impact.
  • Track record of leading strategic decisions from conception to execution in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Ability to translate data insights into high-impact executive decisions.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders, including the C-suite.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement IT performance management frameworks to measure, analyze, and optimize IT operations.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure IT effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Drive decision-making by providing leadership with critical insights, highlighting strategic opportunities, and addressing gaps.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance IT service delivery, operational resilience, and business value.
  • Develop and oversee governance structures that ensure accountability and transparency across IT functions.
  • Address core data challenges with sustainable solutions, ensuring reliable visibility into IT performance.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes and tools to support strategic priorities.
  • Oversee IT operational governance, compliance, and risk management, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and objectives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CIO, IT Leadership Team, and C-suite executives, ensuring alignment between IT performance and business objectives.
  • Create compelling narratives and executive materials, using data and insights to drive stakeholder buy-in and action.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to assess IT spending, budget utilization, and cost-benefit analyses of IT investments.
