IT & Security Operations Manager

3–5+ years experience in IT operations, security program management, or related roles
Strong familiarity with SaaS provisioning tools (e.g., Rippling, Okta, Jamf, 1Password)
Experience supporting SOC 2 or similar security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF)
Working knowledge of IAM, GCP/AWS policies, and basic endpoint security
Ability to triage and solve IT issues across hardware and software environments
Excellent organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple workstreams at once
Strong written communication skills — especially around documentation and process writing

Manage employee onboarding/offboarding from an IT systems perspective (laptops, accounts, software access)
Set up and maintain endpoint management systems (e.g., Jamf, Rippling, 1Password)
Own IT asset inventory and lifecycle management
Provide Tier 1 – 2 internal IT support, including account access, locked devices, and hardware issues
Maintain and improve provisioning/de-provisioning automations
Coordinate with vendors for device logistics and hardware/software procurement
Own day-to-day operations of our security compliance program (SOC 2, NIST, etc.)
Maintain and update Drata and other compliance tools
Track subprocessor/vendor reviews and maintain accurate documentation
Run periodic access reviews, vulnerability assessments, and risk analyses
Coordinate internal security training and track completion
Manage evidence collection, policy updates, and control tracking
Support annual audits and external security assessments
Assist with incident response, disaster recovery simulations, and business continuity planning

Familiarity with compliance automation platforms (e.g., Drata, Vanta) is a big plus
