Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Infrastructure project management, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management with a focus on IT, infrastructure, and enterprise applications
- Proven experience managing projects using applications E-Builder and Workotter.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure systems, enterprise applications, and asset management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Project)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly to changing business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and application projects, from concept through closeout
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Application, and Asset Management Software teams.
- Utilize project tools to manage project workflows, track progress, maintain documentation, and generate reports
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to project financial goals
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate vendor activities, RFPs, and third-party system integrations as needed
- Facilitate regular status meetings and communications with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Ensure all projects comply with internal governance, IT policies, and regulatory requirements
- Experience in vendor and contract management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with in the public sector.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) OR PMI (Project Management Institute) certification
- Familiarity with asset management platforms such as WASP, CityWorks, Trapeze EAM or similar.
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
- Experience in vendor and contract management
- Transit Asset Management a Plus
- Experience working in a Rail environment a Plus
