Requirements

  • Associate degree in Project Management, Business Management, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of project management experience, including traditional (Waterfall) and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects in Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product Development.
  • 3+ years applying Lean Process Improvement with a proven track record of efficiency gains.
  • Proficient with project management technologies and methodologies (ex. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business language for stakeholders.
  • Skilled in using project governance tools and adhering to PMO standards and templates.
  • Required: PMP (Project Management Professional).
  • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Capable of leading teams through ambiguity with clear communication and accountability.
  • Known for anticipating obstacles, offering solutions, and ensuring timely, high-quality project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of all project phases, from gathering business requirements to delivering final outcomes.
  • Monitor and control scope, resources, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring all project deliverables meet or exceed standards.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization, facilitating collaboration and alignment across IT, business units, and external partners.
  • Manage conflicting priorities, resolve issues efficiently, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Lead planning meetings, define deliverables and timelines, assign resources, and create dynamic project schedules.
  • Track progress meticulously through milestones, dependencies, risks, and change requests.
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize delivery processes and drive organizational efficiency.
  • Conduct Critical Path Analyses to anticipate and mitigate potential project delays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
