Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of success
  • Typically a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration)
  • 2+ years with a technical background in software engineering, systems analyst, systems architecture, platform services, DevOps, or related experience
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SCRUM, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management framework
  • Experience leading projects with technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation skills
  • Experience administration and configuring Jira, MS Project, Confluence, PowerBI, Excel, or similar tools
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and complex technical systems

Responsibilities

  • Utilize your strong project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and key issues
  • Drive the adoption and effective implementation of both SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies to ensure a smooth project execution process
  • Ability to effectively lead to successful resolution complex issues/projects on a regular basis; oversees large projects requiring the use of complex project management skills and excellent soft skills
  • Facilitate project planning sessions, develop detailed project plans, and track progress against milestones
  • Actively manage risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to address potential roadblocks
  • Uphold company values and standards, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on project status, performance, and future plans
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and safety standards
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration)
  • PMP, ScrumMaster, or equivalent certifications
  • Experience managing complex software projects in areas such as Cloud, IT Infrastructure, and Service Reliability
  • Strong knowledge of project management and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.)
