Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of success
- Typically a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration)
- 2+ years with a technical background in software engineering, systems analyst, systems architecture, platform services, DevOps, or related experience
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SCRUM, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management framework
- Experience leading projects with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation skills
- Experience administration and configuring Jira, MS Project, Confluence, PowerBI, Excel, or similar tools
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and complex technical systems
Responsibilities
- Utilize your strong project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and key issues
- Drive the adoption and effective implementation of both SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies to ensure a smooth project execution process
- Ability to effectively lead to successful resolution complex issues/projects on a regular basis; oversees large projects requiring the use of complex project management skills and excellent soft skills
- Facilitate project planning sessions, develop detailed project plans, and track progress against milestones
- Actively manage risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to address potential roadblocks
- Uphold company values and standards, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on project status, performance, and future plans
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and safety standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration)
- PMP, ScrumMaster, or equivalent certifications
- Experience managing complex software projects in areas such as Cloud, IT Infrastructure, and Service Reliability
- Strong knowledge of project management and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.)
