IT Project Manager

7+ years of experience in IT/Software project management.
Certified Scrum Master is plus
Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.

Oversee and manage all aspects of infrastructure projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Interface with business stakeholders, leadership, and other teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Manage successful project delivery and acceptance of projects within budget and on-time, while achieving project objectives and goals.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
Proactively manage project plan, change, risk, budget, resource, and vendor management.
Escalate issues and risks as needed and exercise project quality control activities to ensure project scope expectations are met.
Create, manage, and distribute project communications artifacts like charter, project plan, change requests, project schedule, and work plan.
Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize, define, develop, and successfully release user stories and features for the project.
Schedule sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews (demos), and sprint retrospectives.
