Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or another business-related field required.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT project analysis, project management, and/or process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills – able to gather and analyze data, identify goals, explore and recommend solutions and implement and evaluate results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a wide diversity of colleagues in other disciplines and cultures.
- Proven experience in process improvement and documentation.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project, PowerBI, SharePoint).
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Passion for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Ability to independently plan and organize work; self-motivated and able to drive results.
- Strong customer service and satisfaction orientation.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Determining operational objectives by studying business processes, gathering information, evaluating requirements and possible solutions.
- Analyzing requirements, building workflows, understanding system capabilities and writing specifications.
- Acting as an internal consultant within the organization and driving to leverage technology solutions for process improvement and efficiency – continually searching for ways to improve processes and reduce costs.
- Improving business processes and systems by studying current practices and designing improvements; creating process flows.
- Participating in and developing system documentation including gap analysis, standard operating procedures, and user training materials.
- Ensuring system and process documentation is maintained and updated.
- Work with business stakeholders, product owners, and company leadership to gather, define, and understand business requirements across a variety of business units.
- Assist in project intake, assessment, and planning.
- Actively support the organization on multiple projects.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and process documentation for stakeholders to effectively make decisions; maintain portfolio reporting.
- Work effectively with key internal and external resources to achieve objectives.
- Communicate status and issues to leadership on a regular basis.
- Build strong partnerships through organization and gain respect from stakeholders.
