Requirements
- BS/BA or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT product management.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead complex projects to successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in product lifecycle management, from ideation through deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security best practices for Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions.
- Ability to think strategically, but also be hands-on when needed.
Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for M365 Copilot, driving its initial rollout and adoption across the organization.
- Partner with training teams to develop and execute an adoption plan, ensuring employees understand and effectively use Copilot to enhance productivity.
- Define the product strategy for Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, with a primary focus on M365 Copilot.
- Ensure that product features and tools, such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform and other related services, are aligned with business goals to optimize collaboration and efficiency.
- Lead continuous training initiatives to maintain high levels of engagement with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Copilot and MS Teams.
- Develop and update training materials, including knowledge base articles, live training sessions, and LMS courses, to empower employees with the knowledge and skills to fully leverage Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, IT, business units) to understand business processes, identify productivity needs, and gather feedback on Microsoft 365 products.
- Communicate product plans, features, and updates to internal teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Manage the lifecycle of Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring new features meet organizational requirements and security standards.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes Copilot and aligns with company strategy and customer needs.
- Stay current on Microsoft 365 innovations, particularly Copilot, and conduct market analysis to assess new opportunities for enhancing business productivity.
- Evaluate competitive offerings and incorporate relevant features into the product roadmap.
- Lead efforts to standardize best practices across the organization, promoting the efficient and effective use of Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Lead a champions program to share knowledge and foster consistent adoption across departments.
