Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years of relevant and practical experience (Endur/CTRM)
- Good working knowledge in key modules of Endur and commodity operations
- Knowledge of Endur risk and valuation functionality and EOD automation (TPM and Services Manager)
- Deep knowledge of standard and customization approaches for implementation of requirements, support for reporting, building complex desktops, APM pages, and pre/post-processing logic
- Understanding of Endur architecture and best implementation practices to optimize its strengths for the client solution
- Strong functional knowledge and understanding of Gas, Power, and/or Agricultural Products
Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and market needs
- Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and improvements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product development and delivery
- Serve as stakeholders’ primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle
- Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements
- Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Advocate for exceptional user experiences, working closely with design and engineering teams to prioritize usability and accessibility improvements
- Lead the successful launch of new products and features, coordinating launch activities, preparing go-to-production plans, and ensuring smooth execution
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, iterating on product features and processes based on user feedback, data insights, and market dynamics
- Collaborate with product management peers and other stakeholders to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Act as a passionate customer advocate, representing their needs and interests in product decisions and initiatives
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies impacting product delivery or performance
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, sharing insights and knowledge with the broader organization
- Drive measurable business impact through product innovation, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market share expansion
