Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years of relevant and practical experience with data ingestion, data engineering, data modeling, and data architecture standards
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Product & Waterfall methodology
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Clarity, MS Projects, Jira, etc.)
  • Understanding of software/product development lifecycle
  • Effective communication, able to present to senior leadership
  • Value-based decision-making
  • Analytical skills for diagnosing and solving issues
  • Managing time, prioritizing tasks, and handling responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and market needs
  • Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and improvements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product development and delivery
  • Serve as stakeholders’ primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements
  • Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Advocate for exceptional user experiences, working closely with design and engineering teams to prioritize usability and accessibility improvements
  • Lead the successful launch of new products and features, coordinating launch activities, preparing go-to-production plans, and ensuring smooth execution
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, iterating on product features and processes based on user feedback, data insights, and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with product management peers and other stakeholders to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Act as a passionate customer advocate, representing their needs and interests in product decisions and initiatives
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies impacting product delivery or performance
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, sharing insights and knowledge with the broader organization
  • Drive measurable business impact through product innovation, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market share expansion
  • Perform other assigned job-related duties that align with our organization’s vision, mission, and values and fall within your scope of practice
