Requirements

  • Permanent residency or U.S. citizenship
  • 5+ years of IT experience, 3+ years of Okta experience
  • Experience using Okta as an enterprise identity provider solution
  • Knowledge of Okta including features, integrations, and architecture.
  • Understanding of authentication protocols, such as SAML 2.0 or OAuth/SSO
  • Experience with identity management, IDaaS, provisioning, user lifecycle operations, and federation
  • Experience implementing automated provisioning of end-point by using custom provisioning flows, SCIM or JIT capabilities
  • Experience configuring user authentication policies and application connections in Okta
  • Experience configuring and managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) factors for Okta users, including Okta Verify, FIDO tokens, One-Time Passcodes, and RSA tokens
  • Experience leveraging Okta APIs to construct calls for required tasks
  • Experience administering and supporting productivity tools. (G-suite, Zoom, Slack, Jira, GitHub, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain Okta identity and access management solutions.
  • Integrate Okta with various applications and systems to include cloud/SaaS to streamline authentication and authorization processes.
  • Develop and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions using Okta.
  • Design and develop automation with various applications and systems using Okta Workflows.
  • Perform regular system audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Continuously monitor identities, access rights, and usage patterns to proactively mitigate risks and enhance the organization’s security posture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Okta configurations and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement identity management solutions that meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for improving and automating processes
  • OKTA Certified Professional or OKTA Certified Administrator
  • Experience or knowledge in using Terraform for infrastructure as code
  • Experience working within ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira
  • Ability and interest in working in a fast-paced, high-growth setting with a positive approach
  • Worked with multicultural and geographically distributed teams
