Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in the SaaS or software industry.
- Hands-on expertise in systems administration, cloud services, networking, and endpoint management.
- Strong technical foundation in tools and platforms, such as: Okta, Azure, Google Workspace Admin, Office 365 Admin, Jamf, MaaS360, Intune, Jira, Slack, Zoom, ZenDesk, Active Directory, Meraki, Cisco AnyConnect, VPN & Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Experience managing Mac and Windows environments, as well as mobile device management.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver IT solutions that scale with the business.
- Skilled at identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization across IT workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex IT issues into business-friendly terms.
- Comfortable working in regulated environments and supporting security and compliance audits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Project management experience (Agile familiarity a plus).
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and SaaS applications while guiding day-to-day IT operations.
- Define and improve IT processes around incident response, SLAs, security, onboarding/off-boarding, and asset management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, HR and other internal stakeholders to deliver seamless IT experiences aligned with business objectives.
- Own the global IT roadmap, from infrastructure upgrades and system implementations to compliance initiatives and IT automation.
- Oversee IT onboarding for new hires – including device provisioning, account setup (Okta, O365, etc.), and orientation.
- Create and maintain documentation and policies for IT operations, data security, backup, disaster recovery, and acceptable use.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of IT assets, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of services.
- Lead key IT projects, such as endpoint management improvements, VPN/A/V upgrades, and SaaS application rollouts.
- Ensure systems are compliant with security and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GxP), partnering with internal audit, security, and compliance teams.
- Monitor and improve IT performance using analytics and KPIs to drive decisions around support efficiency and system reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
