- A minimum of 10 years related experience is required of which (5) five years includes supervisory/leadership responsibilities.
- A minimum of (5) five years related experience managing outsourced IT managed services providers.
- A minimum of (5) years of experience supporting COTS and other application software solutions.
- Experience working with or supporting customer service, and energy efficiency applications such as SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, and Web based platforms in Azure cloud enabled with EAI Integration to backend databases.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects, perform business analysis, and gather requirements.
- Guide and mentor team members and collaborate with third-party vendors.
- Stabilize newly implemented applications and oversee upgrades using waterfall and agile methods.
- Ensure effective communication with business users regarding incidents and resolutions.
- Maintain operational excellence and support for applications.
- Take initiative to solve cross-functional IT challenges collaboratively.
- Coordinate deployment and support activities for the team.
- Manage application operations, maintenance, and release management.
- Oversee outsourced managed services and vendor contracts.
- Monitor application performance and ensure alignment with department standards.
- Develop performance metrics for service delivery and SLA adherence.
- Integrate activities with business units and other IT departments.
- Ensure successful delivery and transition of key capital projects.
- Assist in managing maintenance, outside service, and project costs.
- Develop road maps for application resiliency and business value.
- Evaluate technical solutions to eliminate technical debt.
- Prepare statements of work, estimate costs, and negotiate contracts.
