Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Poly.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products and BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field; or 4 years of additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter.
  • Strong documentation and verbal communication skills to collaborate with and convey focused messages to stakeholders, customers, domain experts, program managers and teammates encompassing architecture, high-level and detail system designs.
  • Experience in deploying, configuring and maintaining enterprise level IT systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.
  • Experience deploying cloud-based enterprise level applications such as in AWS and Azure.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Security + Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop ServiceNow system architecture, including hardware and software components, to meet functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and manage system requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Document system requirements, configurations, procedures, and best practices.
  • Install, configure, and deploy server resources provided by third-party cloud services and software updates.
  • Create technical documentation for system configurations and maintaining system-related reports.
  • Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols for all designed and developed that ensures detailed project documentation.
  • Document all system configuration changes in accordance with Information Systems Security best practices.
