Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree IT, MBA or equivalent experience
- 13+ years of related experience, with at least 6 years of people leadership experience.
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills with experience advising/consulting.
- Proven experience in leading enterprise wide IT digital transformation and investments.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise technology trends including Cloud, AI, Data, ERP, DevOps, and integration platforms.
- Familiar with product delivery model, ITIL, SAFe Agile methodologies, and COBIT.
- Experience in working in regulatory environment (FedRamp, SOX, Healthcare, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Partner with CIO and Business leaders to define and evolve enterprise IT strategy.
- Work across Business and IT leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable multi-year IT roadmaps.
- Conduct technology trend analysis and competitive benchmark to inform strategic planning.
- Govern and drive IT portfolio intake process and prioritization meetings with cross functional partners.
- Monitor and track the portfolio health, progress, and interdependencies with other teams.
- Establish and facilitate regular portfolio reviews to ensure visibility to execution progress, financials, capacity challenges, project risks and outcomes/value.
- Develop and implement Key performance metrics that are aligned with business outcomes and operating key metrics.
- Define and maintain governance frameworks including decision rights, funding and intake process.
- Work in partnership with Procurement and across IT leadership to manage overall supplier partnership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Typically requires 13 + years of experience, with 6+ years of people leadership experience.
- Requires at least 5+ years developing and leading IT strategy and transformation.
- Requires at least 5+ years of program and/or portfolio management experience.
- Requires at least 3+ years of experience within a technology focused area (digital transformation, application development, data analytics, infrastructure, etc.).
- Experience working in large matrixed organizations is highly desirable.
