Requirements
- Bachelor’s/BS with 9+ years of experience or Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a STEM-related field.
- 8+ years of experience in finance applications, with at least 5 years in Oracle ERP Financials.
- 5+ years of experience in managing vendors and business stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing a diverse and global IT team.
- 5+ years of experience implementing large transformation technology solutions that drive business value.
- Oracle Financials Cloud experience is a must
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive finance applications strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse global IT team, including developers, administrators, business analysts, and architects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our finance platforms cutting-edge.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and status reports for finance application initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance in Oracle ERP Financials and other finance-related technologies.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of finance applications.
- Serve as the primary contact between business teams, system integrators, and IT teams for finance applications.
- Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of finance application initiatives.
- Collaborate with Information security teams to deliver on key areas such as security, performance optimization, infrastructure management, and system integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good understanding of semiconductor industry processes and business requirements.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Mergers and Acquisitions knowledge.
