Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience to include six years of information technology experience with significant experience in software development
- Four years of experience as a business analyst or related role/experience, with experience in one or more of the following areas: Project Management, Business Process Management, Relationship Management, Business Operations, Quality
- Management Experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements
- Experience with traditional Waterfall SDLC and/or Agile/Lean methodologies
- Ability to interact with management, business staff, ADS and DTS personnel in order to gather, compile and exchange information on work requests/project requirements and negotiate disputes effectively
- Strong presentation, verbal and written skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints
- Ability to effectively interface with staff at all levels and resolve conflicts
- Exceptional communication, teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment
- Excellent facilitation and organizational skills
- Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

Responsibilities
- Works closely with, and provides direction to technology leads to support program needs.
- Collaborate with peer groups in Technology and LOBs to identify, document and communicate business needs.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes and strategies.
- Liaison between Vulnerability Management Program and LOBs in identifying, measuring, monitoring and escalation of risks, including appropriate reporting and communication.
- Utilize analytical tools, as appropriate, to support assessments of risk.
- Supports creation and maintenance of policies and procedures including administrative tasks.
- Understand the long-term business objectives and suggest strategies to meet those objectives and introduce technical innovations, as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Cyber BISO organization.
- Assist/coordinate pre-planning activities with LOB’s.
- Facilitate routine meetings with business stakeholders to provide updates on in-flight initiatives.
- Attend Cyber management meetings, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize large amount of data
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Experience implementing large/complex initiatives across a matrix organization
- Experience with financial measurements and metrics
- Financial Services experience
- Cybersecurity experience
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
