IT Asset Specialist

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline
Knowledge of Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android
Experience managing thousands of hardware assets over multiple physical locations in multiple countries
Experience with ITSM Platforms (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshservice)
Understanding of Endpoint Configuration Management and Mobile Device Management concepts (Intune, JAMF, KACE)
Strong organizational and analytical skills; oral and written communication skills
Customer service-oriented focus

Create a reliable and up-to-date inventory of hardware assets in use at Gopuff and BevMo locations
Monitor and resolve tickets related to replacement hardware throughout our enterprise
Receive and repair, or dispatch for repair, hardware items from locations throughout the Gopuff/BevMo network
Liaise with 3rd party vendors and OEMs to manage repair turnaround times and spare equipment inventory
Maintain an orderly and organized inventory of new and repaired equipment
Track hardware assets through the full lifecycle, from purchase to use to repair to end-of-life, providing reports as requested
Assist other IT teams, as time permits, on more complex projects

Experience with POS systems (Square, NCR Emerald) is a plus
Ability to learn and pick up concepts quickly
Detailed-oriented, aware of secondary effects resulting from changes
Experience working both independently or as part of a project group
Confidence in making wise decisions on your own within generally defined parameters
Adeptness in investigating problems outside your own knowledge area
Experience working with virtual/remote staff members
Must possess a positive and professional attitude
