Requirements

  • Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing competing demands with flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of clearly documenting processes and facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience; Accurate scheduling, documentation, and creation of reports, presentations, and procedural materials; proficient in Microsoft Office and IT ticketing systems
  • Proactively identifies risks and resolves issues, leveraging analytical skills to troubleshoot technical and administrative challenges during IT project coordination
  • 1-2 years of technical proficiency; Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software management; experienced in data entry and working with database systems
  • Build relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in Power BI, with the ability to create detailed reports and data visualizations to support IT operations and decision-making
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive IT information.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate IT schedules, meetings, training sessions, and project timelines to ensure smooth department operations
  • Maintain accurate records of IT equipment inventory, software licenses, and vendor contracts to support asset management and compliance
  • Process purchase orders, track IT budgets, and prepare financial reports to support fiscal accountability
  • Support IT project execution by maintaining project documentation, tracking milestones, and coordinating cross-functional communication
  • Maintain and update IT documentation, including user guides, system configurations, and onboarding materials
  • Manage IT onboarding and access permissions for new employees to ensure security and system integrity
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries, updates, and vendor communications
