Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on network security.
  • In-depth knowledge of network protocols, NGFWs, IPS/IDS, SASE, CASBs, DLP, and SD-WAN security.
  • Strong understanding of secure network design and architecture for large data centers.
  • Experience with enterprise browsers and related security technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement secure network architectures for large data centers.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the network team to ensure secure and efficient network operations.
  • Manage and configure NGFWs, IPS/IDS, and other security appliances.
  • Implement and manage SASE solutions to enhance network security.
  • Oversee the deployment and management of CASBs and DLP solutions.
  • Ensure the security of enterprise browsers and related technologies.
  • Oversee SD-WAN security to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
  • Work closely with the network team to integrate security measures into network designs.
  • Provide guidance and support to other IT teams on security best practices.
  • Conduct security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
  • Conduct post-incident analysis to improve security measures and prevent future incidents.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and threats.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the organization’s security posture.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on security practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus.
