Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal
- Excellent time management: ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time
- High level of proficiency in excel
- Must be able to work across multiple teams in multiple locations
- Minimum 1-3 years’ related experience
Responsibilities
- Responsible for communicating and coordinating with clients, investors and legal for receipt of documentation required for new entity and new investor onboarding
- Coordination of onboarding process with other functions (Fund Reporting, Capital Activity, Fund Administrator, Treasury and Tax)
- Responsible for collection of side letters and compiling the side letter matrix requirements
- Performing completeness checks of all data entered by Associates into the CRM
- Responsible for developing and maintaining onboarding processes for new entities and investors (i.e. procedures and related checklists)
- Track and maintain recurring investor request schedule
- Track and maintain ad hoc investor requests
- Respond and prepare deliverables for investor inquiries and coordinate responses with accounting and reporting teams
- Responsible for consistent internal and external reporting according to reporting policies and procedures
- Maintaining Investor data for regulatory compliance
- Responsible for maintaining the schedule and preparing regulatory reporting requirements
- Manage CRM data links to various reporting modules (BI, Power Reports, Cube and SSRS)
- Assisting with other projects and duties as needed
