Requirements
- Proficiency in investment performance analysis concepts including measurement techniques and industry best practices for calculation and reporting methods
- 2+ years of experience conducting investment performance calculations
- University (Degree) Preferred
Responsibilities
- Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting to support a broad array of business requirements and use cases
- Communicate effectively within the team, project groups, business partner and stakeholder communities
- Build productive working relationships with colleagues and contribute to a positive culture
- Be highly organized and adaptable to support change in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Investigate and answer questions from internal stakeholders related to performance calculation methods and reporting observations
- Build and maintain constructive working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Escalate risks promptly and participate in resolution actions
- Contribute to the upkeep of procedural documentation and identifying improvements to create scale, reduce risk and add value
- Participate in cross-functional working groups and project teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Private Credit calculations including IRR (Internal Rate Return)
- Experience using Eagle PACE and/or FactSet performance calculation and reporting capabilities
