Requirements
- Minimum of five years related work experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Responsibilities
- Leads development of initiatives to improve and implement best practice investment access and business continuity risk strategies for the risk framework.
- Designing and conducts investment access and business continuity risk assessments.
- Provides thought leadership and subject matter expertise on cross-divisional teams for investment access and business continuity related topics.
- Identifies leading investment access and business continuity risk indicators through development and alignment of metrics.
- Ensures that industry, audit, and regulatory standards are current by developing and maintaining knowledge of financial markets, securities and general investment themes in order to bring an informed perspective to investment access and business continuity risk management processes and policies.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Resiliency and/or access experience preferred.
- Experience implementing end user automation or programming techniques is a positive.
- Knowledge of fund ecosystem (trading, operations, or risk mgmt.) is a positive, but not required.
- Graduate degree preferred.
