Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of investment processes and procedures.
  • Proactively and professionally provides assistance to IA(s) in order to meet client needs, develop and execute business strategy and business planning.
  • Capable of acting independently with defined client segments on behalf of IA(s) to implement and manage wealth management strategies.
  • Knowledge of portfolio construction and management.
  • Knowledge of Insurance products in order to know when to refer clients to insurance specialist.
  • Knowledge of Financial Planning in order to assist clients.
  • Ability to identify appropriate investment strategies based on client needs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of client needs.
  • Proactive business development and strong sales and marketing skills.
  • Strong business and community network of a diverse group of potential clients.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a wide variety of individuals.
  • A high degree of integrity and honesty in all client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Build trust and strong client relationships.
  • Determine individual investment needs and provide professional, customized advice to ensure client’s financial goals are met.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients based on the Investment Teams’ commitment to provide the best available wealth planning and investment advice.
  • Assist in building a profitable business and obtaining net new assets in partnership with the Senior IA and other Investment Associates.
