Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail/ecommerce/CPG
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in supply chain planning systems
- Understanding of supply chain principles, including forecasting, or inventory management
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Outlook
Responsibilities
- Support the achievement of inventory targets, service metrics and enterprise EBIT goals
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on product flow, item forecasts, seasonal/promo plans, and new item launches
- Establish effective partnerships with the vendor community to capitalize on supply chain product flow opportunities
- Perform Supply Chain flow disruption analyses and take proactive measures to minimize or eliminate availability issues
- Execute seasonal programs for multiple categories to ensure timely product flow to stores
- Ability to receive feedback and adapt behaviors and plans accordingly
Preferred Qualifications
- Blue Yonder Forecasting & Replenishment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience with SQL, PowerBI tools
