Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
- Rising Juniors or Seniors as of summer of 2025
- Communication, collaboration and leadership abilities
- Initiative and motivation to succeed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Involvement in school organizations and activities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Responsibilities
- Learn and develop professional skills in commercial property & casualty insurance, risk management, employee benefits, insurance carrier & wholesale broker operations
- Work closely with Regional Division Leaders & assigned mentors
- Build skills & knowledge through various training sessions and industry-specific projects
- Complete internship objectives including understanding Foundation Risk Partners services, internal departments, and divisions within the company
- Work as members of a team and individually on assignments & projects
