Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in door-to-door sales or transferable sales experience
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and customer skills
- Self-motivated and passionate about sales and controlling your own income
- Demonstrate professionalism, treating people with dignity and respect
- Comfortable using a company-issued iPad and applications to manage and document daily activities
- Must have access to reliable, independent transportation
- Must be able to perform tasks that require standing and walking for extended periods during the workday
Responsibilities
- Spend 100% of their work hours out in the field prospecting sales via Door to Door method
- Work 37.5 hours per week in their assigned territory
- Go door-to-door to residences throughout the assigned territory
- Present and take orders for the fastest and most reliable fiber internet service to residents
- Model best practices in the sales process and in representing the Ting brand
- Be assigned weekly sales goals and activity metrics to help drive success
