Requirements
- Must have an active DOD Top Secret or active DOE Q clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of related experience.
- Ability to travel as business needs required (up to 25%)
Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing programmatic activities related to cooperation under Mutual Defense Agreements with U.S. strategic allies and the NNSA National laboratories.
- Work directly with the Federal Program Manager regarding the day-to-day activities involving these international cooperative activities including attending, leading, and/or briefing at senior-level meetings.
- Maintain continuous close liaison with the NNSA Headquarters, NNSA sites, various offices in the DoD, applicable foreign embassies (Washington), and foreign counterparts.
- Coordinate with senior U.S. and foreign government leadership, ensuring communication of current strategic goals.
- Organize and participate in international information exchanges.
- Maintain and update procedures for transmitting information between countries.
- Review technical information for program adequacy and manage a large library and database of accountable physical and digital classified documentation.
- Manage all recordkeeping requirements for technical meetings.
- Communicate, analyze, and resolve complex program execution issues.
- Prepare and handle classified mail.
- Coordinate travel logistics and meeting details with foreign counterparts and lab personnel.
- Obtain/maintain derivative classification authority and classify documents.
