Responsibilities
- Strategic Communications Support: Provide planning and execution support for internal communications and integrated campaigns aimed at engaging employees across the Firm. This includes leveraging digital platforms to enhance reach and impact.
- Content Development and Management: Prepare and manage written and visual content for the firm’s intranet and other digital formats. This involves understanding business events, firmwide initiatives, and ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
- Digital Platform Management: Assist in the management of the firm’s digital communications platforms, including the intranet site. Responsibilities include publishing content, moderating interactions, and optimizing user engagement through effective content management systems.
- Operational Efficiency: Document operational policies and procedures in collaboration with communications teams. Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of internal communications.
- Performance Measurement: Support the ongoing assessment and measurement of internal communications programs to gauge effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
