Internal Communications Summer Analyst

Strategic Communications Support: Provide planning and execution support for internal communications and integrated campaigns aimed at engaging employees across the Firm. This includes leveraging digital platforms to enhance reach and impact.
Content Development and Management: Prepare and manage written and visual content for the firm’s intranet and other digital formats. This involves understanding business events, firmwide initiatives, and ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
Digital Platform Management: Assist in the management of the firm’s digital communications platforms, including the intranet site. Responsibilities include publishing content, moderating interactions, and optimizing user engagement through effective content management systems.
Operational Efficiency: Document operational policies and procedures in collaboration with communications teams. Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of internal communications.
Performance Measurement: Support the ongoing assessment and measurement of internal communications programs to gauge effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
