Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, organizational change, employee engagement, or related fields.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Tech or travel industry experience is a plus.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Bilingual (English and French) is a strong asset.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead an internal communications strategy that enables clarity, alignment, and connection across the company.
- Define the right channels, cadences, and tone to support effective communication across regions, teams, and levels.
- Partner with the leadership and People teams to translate strategy into stories that engage and inspire.
- Work with other people team members in supporting the day-to-day HR, projects and tactical communications through your business partnership.
- Work closely with teams across the business – product, technology, commercial, marketing, and more – to build networks that foster transparency and effective collaboration.
- Create and steward processes that improve the flow of timely, relevant, and actionable information across teams.
- Drive communication of company goals, key initiatives, and change efforts in a way that connects the dots and builds momentum.
- Identify communication pain points that slow us down-and solve them.
- Leverage data and feedback to continuously improve the way we share and receive information.
- Collaborate with our Partner Success and Marketing teams to spotlight our partners and bring the customer lens inside the organization.
- Help our people understand and feel connected to the travel industry and the value we deliver every day.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the tech or travel industry is a plus.
