Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a regional or corporate communications role.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, clear, and concise messages.
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments that require adaptability, independent decision-making, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical execution.
- Confidence in advising and influencing senior leaders on communication strategies.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
- Strong creative thinking skills to develop fresh, engaging communication formats beyond standard emails and newsletters.
- Experience planning and executing high-profile meetings and events (e.g., All Hands, leadership AMAs, town halls, etc.).
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align internal communications initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint, Wrike, Microsoft Suite Products, video editing software, and other communication and project management platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead internal communication strategies that align with business objectives, adapt to evolving priorities with agility, and create impactful messaging that resonates across diverse employee audiences.
- Oversee the execution of communication programs, campaigns, and projects, ensuring timely delivery, strategic alignment, and seamless coordination.
- Create innovative, multi-channel communication approaches that bring clarity to complex initiatives.
- Craft compelling, concise content for internal channels, including emails, newsletters, intranet, digital signage, and social platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Slack.
- Act as a strategic partner to executives, regional leaders, and departments, proactively shaping communication strategies and identifying opportunities to drive alignment.
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities while independently managing high-impact projects with urgency, precision, and adaptability.
- Develop and implement employee sentiment strategies using surveys, focus groups, and feedback channels to enhance engagement.
- Plan and execute quarterly Americas All Hands meetings, Leadership AMAs, and monthly leadership meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and clear messaging.
- Bridge global communication priorities with regional business needs, ensuring alignment between corporate strategies and local execution.
