Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in related areas of responsibility
- Exceptional writing skills and keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives and innovative solutions
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated external communication plans that captivate and inspire various audiences
- Write and oversee publication of internal communications, including Executive Communications, Newsletters, Multimedia Content, talking points, Blogs and Articles, Town Halls, and corporate messaging materials
- Foster close relationships with the Marketing Groups to communicate the company’s vision effectively and creatively to internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate transformation initiatives, such as digital transformation or reorganization efforts to keep everyone up to date on the latest developments or efforts underway
- Shape thought leadership platforms, stories, and content, ensuring alignment with our company’s values, priorities, and leadership tone
- Develop media pitches and cultivate media relationships. Prepare media backgrounders and key reports
- Conduct surveys to gauge employee sentiment and refine communications accordingly
