Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a scientific/chemical/engineering discipline
• 1-2 years of work experience preferred
• High attention to detail and thorough organization
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of high level of detail orientation
• Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis
• Competence in PowerPoint for creating presentations and organizing information

Responsibilities

• Track, organize, and distribute formula submission samples and those for claims and safety testing
• Assist in managing the feedback loop for formula submissions and safety claims, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up
• Populate trackers with essential data, create tables, templates, and organize project folders for streamlined workflow
• Manage incoming formula samples, coordinate safety and claims testing, and ensure samples are sent out promptly for evaluation
• Participate in product testing, gather feedback, and contribute to texture assessments and other hands-on evaluations
