Requirements
- In progress Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency in C in a real-time embedded environment
- Familiarity with Python/pytest test framework
- Knowledge of Linux and/or WSL development environments desired
- Familiarity with VScode (cortex debug) desired
- Hands-on experience with debugging and profiling tools
- Familiarity with open-source development practices and community collaboration
- Knowledge of AI/ML data pipelines and model deployment, with a focus on edge computing and local inference
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Linux-based software and applications
- Work closely with senior hardware and software developers, to ensure successful project execution
- Improve performance and resolve software defects through debugging and optimization
- Develop scripts and tools to streamline development and testing processes
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, API documentation, and code comments
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Linux and/or WSL development environments desired
