Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Education Technology, or a related field
- Some familiarity with data visualization, business intelligence tools, or e-learning platforms is a plus (experience with Domo is a bonus but not required)
- Eagerness to learn, a proactive mindset, and the ability to take initiative with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to contribute to a fun, fast-paced team environment
Responsibilities
- Support grading and feedback for Domo Certification Exams, helping ensure high standards and valuable learning outcomes
- Use Domo to create insightful reports on education performance and customer usage data
- Automate and streamline education business processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate on special projects that drive innovation in how we educate and enable customers
- Assist with course creation, event coordination, and learner communications to enhance instructor-led and on-demand training programs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze education data and deliver actionable insights
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes, embrace creativity, solve challenges, and contribute to a positive team environment
