Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program; preferably in Biology, Medical Sciences, or Biomedical Engineering
- Ability to work PT (15-20 hours per week) during the fall 2025 semester, during normal business hours (8-5 pm, Mon-Fri); specific days/hours will be based on the student’s class schedule
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Detail oriented
- MS Office Suite skills
- Experience with Teams preferred
Responsibilities
- Review Clinical Systems-related SOPs to identify and document key stakeholder responsibilities.
- Cross-reference stakeholder assignments with current training records to verify alignment and completion.
- Partner with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to confirm awareness of assigned tasks.
- Identify and report on any training or compliance gaps, and help implement solutions where appropriate.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts by documenting findings and proposing streamlined approaches to SOP governance and training compliance.
