Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A true passion for the beauty industry, especially clean and purpose-driven brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Fast learner and critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team player who’s also confident working independently.
- Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Help bring our products to life through strategic sampling efforts.
- Own the cultural moments calendar for Keys Soulcare.
- Collaborate with our experiential marketing team to coordinate and execute unforgettable, on-brand events.
- Lead the development of a monthly internal newsletter.
- Partner with our field sales teams to provide in-store support.
- Monitor trends and competitive activity, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Jump in on key marketing initiatives, reporting, and presentations.
