Intern Academic Alliance

Fluency in written and spoken English (non-negotiable)
Being a BSc / MSc student in a technical field (industrial engineering, informatics, data science or similar), or in a business administration degree
Strong communicative and presentation skills, e.g. through extracurricular work or previous engagements
Ability to take the lead, working self-responsible and structured
3+ months of full-time availability from July 2025 onwards

Supporting the design and implementation of strategies to scale up and deepen Academic Alliance activities in universities in the US and Canada
Support NA team with delivery of in-person and online Guest Lectures on Process Mining and Process Intelligence to university students
Maintaining and supporting internal reporting via Celonis software and CRM tools, for which you’ll be utilizing your technical skills
Supporting various team projects such as ‘Celonis Global Internship Program’ or ‘Process Mining Job Portal’, among others
Actively managing existing relationships and developing new alliances and campaigns to students in North America
Stay in constant exchange with students, professors and student initiatives and support Process Mining and Process Intelligence classes at university end-to-end
Acquire an in-depth understanding of the Celonis software
