Requirements
- Rising Senior in undergraduate program
- Eagerness and desire to learn
- Strong writer and editor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Interest in and enthusiasm for business, finance, communications and/or public relations
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Participate in an engaging internal training program covering various aspects of strategic communications, including mergers and acquisitions, crisis management, shareholder activism, government affairs, corporate profile raising, investor relations, financial communications, and more.
- Monitor market-moving news, conduct research, create media lists, and support FGS’ account teams as they help a global roster clients navigate strategic communications needs and challenges.
- Team up with fellow interns on a mock new business pitch, developing strategies and presenting ideas for a hypothetical client assignment.
