Requirements
- High school diploma and one year experience
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be a sworn Peace Officer employed by an agency in the Kentuckian Region
- USA Citizenship at time of appointment
- Possess a Valid Driver’s license
- Cannot have been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor domestic violence crime as set forth in 18 U.S.C. & 992 (g) (8) and (9)
- Successful completion of background investigation
Responsibilities
- Provide security and deter violence and crime at assigned athletic events
- Arrest of on-site offenders as necessary
- Direct flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic at assigned location
- Ensure the safety and security of all patrons at assigned athletic events
- Assist in emergency situations, including but not limited to medical and weather emergencies
Preferred Qualifications
- Be a Sworn Peace Officer employed by an agency with arrest powers in Jefferson County Kentucky
