Requirements
- 3-5+ years in executive administration, marketing, project management, or sponsorships
- Strong project management skills and extremely organized
- Excellent client-facing skills with emphasis on professionalism, responsiveness, and a service-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day contact for the Minnesota Timberwolves, internal teams, and potential clients
- Support activation of sponsorship assets across events, campaigns, signage and digital channels
- Manage client entertainment logistics including travel, accommodations, ticket management, scheduling, dinners, etc.
- Ensure seamless execution of contractual obligations and suggest improvements to underperforming areas
- Coordinate logistics and support for key industry events, including pre-event preparation, on-site execution, and post-event sales enablement
- Assist in budget tracking and management to ensure efficient use of sponsorship and event resources
- Offer flexible availability to support events and activations as needed, including occasional nights and weekends
- Support Revenue team with administrative tasks
