Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Relevant specialized training and Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience, or 14 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Demonstrate the ability to meet USCENTCOM regulations for deployment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of an analytical planning team
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers.
Responsibilities
- Assist Intelligence Plans Division leadership and staff with the planning, organization, development, coordination, and execution of intelligence planning (IP) activities to integrate intelligence support to USCENTCOM Campaign Plans, joint operational plans, and JCS/USCENTCOM exercises.
- Plan and coordinate IP requirements with other directorates, components, IC, coalition, and partner nation stakeholders.
- Serve as a Plans Division representative on working groups with functional or multi-disciplinary emphasis that involve intelligence planning issues.
- Plan, develop internal strategies, and organize meetings and support teams to accomplish planning tasks.
- Brief senior level officials on planning efforts.
- Support all mandated assessments to include the Theater Campaign Assessment, the Annual Joint Assessment, Global Campaign Plan Assessments, and operational assessments.
- Within one year of assignment, you shall successfully complete the DIA JIP-I certification exam.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous intelligence planning support experience with USCENTCOM, another COCOM, or for a national-level intelligence organization.
- DIA JIP-I certified.
