Requirements
- Experience in a Joint Staff or COCOM J5
- Knowledge of the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System
- Ability to work independently, meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and develop and maintain relationships across the IC and DoD and with other partners
- Ability to facilitate planning, prioritization, and synchronization of client activities to achieve effects that gain and sustain military advantage
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in intelligence planning or 7+ years of experience in intelligence planning in lieu of a degree
Responsibilities
- Support developing and coordinating key lines of effort, focused on the East Asia problem set
- Build POAMs and determine projects’ objectives, scope, and schedule
- Assess projects’ success
- Facilitate working groups
- Communicate with senior leadership
- Leverage skills in analytic or planning methodologies to find faster, better ways for the agency to work together
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DRRS and Tabletop Exercises and Rehearsal of Concept Drills
- PMP Certification
